Return policy

At Riemersma we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you can read how to return an order and how the statutory right of withdrawal works.

1. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. You then have another 14 days to return the product. At Riemersma we apply a return period of 30 days after receipt.

2. How to return

  1. The easiest way is to register your return online via request a return - no account needed, just your order number and email. Prefer email or paper? You can also use rowan@rowanriemersma.nl or the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Return the product, if possible in the original packaging and in unused condition, to Riemersma, Breuningslaan 26, 8471 ZT Wolvega.
  3. Keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

3. Refund

After receiving your notification we refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it.

4. Cost of return shipping

The direct cost of returning the product is at your expense, except when the product is defective or we delivered an incorrect item.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:

  • Products made to measure or to your specifications.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health, once the seal has been broken.
  • Products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life.

6. Damaged or incorrect products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within a reasonable time via rowan@rowanriemersma.nl. We will arrange a suitable solution and in that case also reimburse the return costs.

7. Model withdrawal form

Would you like to withdraw from the agreement? Complete the details below and send them to Riemersma, Breuningslaan 26, 8471 ZT Wolvega, rowan@rowanriemersma.nl. You only use this form if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
