Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Riemersma and consumers through this webshop.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and every agreement concluded through the webshop. The text of these terms is made available to the consumer before the agreement is concluded.

3. Offers and prices

All offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer do not bind Riemersma.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is concluded the moment the consumer places an order and Riemersma confirms receipt of it electronically.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the webshop. Riemersma applies appropriate security measures for electronic payments.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered promptly and within 30 days at the latest, unless another term has been agreed. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The full arrangement is set out in our return policy. Products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (such as customised or sealed hygiene products) are exempt.

8. Conformity and warranty

The products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and statutory requirements. The consumer retains their statutory warranty rights.

9. Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the agreement are reported within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects, via rowan@rowanriemersma.nl. Complaints are answered within 14 days. The consumer may also submit a dispute to the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to agreements with Riemersma.
