Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders you place as a consumer with Riemersma through this webshop.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every order placed through the webshop. You can always read these terms before you place an order.
3. Offers and prices
All offers are valid while stocks last. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We cannot be held to obvious errors or mistakes in an offer.
4. When your order is final
The agreement is concluded the moment you place your order and we confirm receipt by email.
5. Payment
You pay through the payment methods offered in the webshop. We use appropriate security for electronic payments.
6. Delivery
We deliver your order as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, unless we have agreed a different term. From the moment of delivery you are responsible for the products.
7. Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. How this works is set out in our return policy. Some products are excluded by law, such as customised products and sealed hygiene products once the seal is broken.
8. Warranty
You are entitled to a sound product: it must do what you may reasonably expect and match what we say about it (statutory warranty). You always keep these statutory rights.
9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about your order? Please report it as soon as possible via rowan@rowanriemersma.nl. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can also submit your dispute via the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to agreements with Riemersma.
